  1. Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

    At Suntronix, we are committed to providing genuine products, reliable service, and a transparent purchase experience. Please read the following Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order on Suntronix.net.

    1. General Return & Refund Policy

    All returns accepted for refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, wherever applicable.

    Products must be returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, and invoices intact. Any product returned in incomplete, used, damaged, or altered condition may be refused or may be subject to additional charges.

    2. Serial Number & Product Identification

    Removal, tampering, damage, or alteration of a product’s serial number, barcode, product label, or serial number sticker will automatically void the Suntronix Return Policy.

    Products returned to Suntronix with missing, damaged, mismatched, or altered serial numbers will not be accepted for return, refund, or replacement.

    3. Manufacturer Warranty

    All products purchased from Suntronix are primarily covered under the respective manufacturer’s warranty, wherever applicable.

    If a product is found to be defective, the resolution will be governed by the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Based on the product condition and warranty eligibility, the product may qualify for repair, replacement, or service support at the discretion of the manufacturer and/or Suntronix.

    Suntronix will assist customers wherever possible in coordinating with the manufacturer or authorized service centre.

    4. Non-Returnable Products

    Certain products are strictly non-returnable once sold, opened, activated, used, or delivered. These include, but are not limited to:

    Ink cartridges, toner cartridges, software, licenses, staples, pens, blank DVD/CD media, consumables, opened accessories, customized products, special-order items, and similar products.

    Such items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, unless specifically approved by Suntronix in writing.

    5. Physical Damage Policy

    Products with physical damage are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement.

    Physical damage includes, but is not limited to, cracks, dents, scratches, liquid damage, broken parts, burnt components, damaged ports, tampered packaging, missing parts, or mishandling-related damage.

    If any physically damaged product is returned to Suntronix without prior approval, the product will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

    6. Refused Shipments

    A shipment will be considered refused if the customer refuses delivery, is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, provides an incorrect address, or if the delivery location is closed or inaccessible.

    Products returned to Suntronix due to refused delivery or unsuccessful delivery attempts may be subject to an additional 20% handling fee to cover return shipping, logistics, and processing charges.

    Customers are requested to contact Suntronix before refusing or returning any shipment.

    7. Order Cancellation Policy

    If an order is cancelled before the product has been shipped, Suntronix may process a full refund, subject to order status and payment gateway timelines.

    If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled directly. In such cases, the customer must contact Suntronix Customer Support for further guidance.

    Shipping charges, payment gateway charges, handling charges, or any other applicable charges may be deducted from the refund wherever applicable.

    8. Returns After Delivery

    Within 7 days of receiving the shipment, customers may request a return for eligible products only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

    Refunds for approved returns will exclude shipping charges and any applicable handling, payment gateway, or restocking charges.

    Opened products are generally not eligible for return, except in cases where an incorrect product has been delivered by Suntronix.

    9. Laptop Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

    All laptops shipped by Suntronix are insured against theft and transit-related damage.

    If the package appears open, damaged, tampered with, or suspicious at the time of delivery, customers should not accept the shipment. Please contact Suntronix immediately at +91 98400 68999 so that the matter can be reviewed and resolved.

    If physical damage is noticed on the laptop or any included accessory after delivery, the customer must report the issue to Suntronix within 7 days from the date of delivery.

    If the laptop has a functional defect, the customer is required to contact the nearest authorized service centre of the respective manufacturer. If the customer is unable to locate the service centre, Suntronix will assist wherever possible.

    Opened laptop packages will be accepted for return only if an incorrect product has been shipped by Suntronix.

    Unopened laptops may be considered for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the original seal is intact and the product is returned in complete original packaging. Refunds, if approved, will exclude shipping and other applicable charges.

    After 7 days from delivery, Suntronix will not be able to accept returns. Any product-related issues must be handled through the respective manufacturer’s authorized service centre as per the manufacturer warranty terms.

    10. Important Note

    Suntronix reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund, replacement, or service request. Acceptance of a return request does not guarantee refund or replacement until the product has been physically verified and approved by Suntronix.

    All refunds, returns, replacements, cancellations, and warranty-related support are subject to product condition, manufacturer policy, logistics status, and Suntronix approval.
