Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company, logistics partner, or postal authority within the stated dispatch timeline or as per the mutually agreed delivery schedule.
All orders will be delivered to the registered billing or shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.
Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery address, contact number, email ID, and other order details are accurate and complete.
Suntronix will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable address details.
Products are packed with proper care before dispatch. However, Suntronix is not responsible for any damage, delay, loss, or mishandling caused while the product is in transit with the courier company, postal authority, or logistics partner.
If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or suspicious at the time of delivery, customers are advised not to accept the shipment and should immediately contact Suntronix for assistance.
